Intent — 40 points

Urgency keywords, timeline mentions, budget references, action-oriented language. The strongest predictor of a real buyer.

Fit — 30 points

Company size, industry match, job title or role. Determines whether the lead matches your ideal customer profile.

Quality — 20 points

Business email domain vs. free email, phone number provided, form completeness. Separates real prospects from tire-kickers.

Engagement — 10 points

Message detail, specific questions asked, optional fields completed. Shows how invested the lead is in getting a real answer.
